I didn’t start this work because it sounded good on paper. I started it because I had to.
I’ve lived through the kind of heartbreak, betrayal, and reinvention that cracks you wide open.
I’ve walked away from relationships that weren’t safe, left careers that no longer fit, and rebuilt my life as a single mother, and a woman determined to heal, not just survive.
Through every season, one truth kept rising to the surface: We are all capable of rebuilding, but not without the right kind of support.
That’s why I created Depthwise Coaching: a space for people who want more than mindset hacks or motivational fluff.
A space for those who are ready to do the deeper work of healing, leading, and living with integrity.
My Approach: Depth Over Damage Control
My background includes nearly a decade of combined experience in psychology spanning clinical work, trauma recovery, and leadership development.
I’m trained in trauma, emotional abuse recovery, neuropsychology, and relational healing.
But beyond the titles and degrees, I bring something else to the table:
- A lived understanding of what it means to start over.
- The pressure to perform and show up while you feel like you’re barely holding it together.
- Of how deeply trauma can shape your self-worth, your boundaries, your voice.
And I also know what it means to reclaim all of that.
When we work together, you’re not just getting coaching.
You’re getting depth. Strategy. Reflection. Truth.
You’re getting someone who sees the whole of you and won’t flinch.
